Design / Build transforms the builder and design team’s relationship into a unified, collaborative alliance.   Design / Assist Over 70% of our projects use this highly effective delivery method. While design / assist clients contract directly with the design firm, they receive the collaborative benefits of a cohesive builder-design team. Simply put, our team combines with yours to ensure the building experience is seamless.

  Design / Bid / Build

  DESIGN / BID / BUILD (Lump Sum Contracting) RVC is heavily involved in the traditional project delivery method of design / bid / build, more commonly referred to as Lump Sum Contracting. We meticulously examine our clients’ completed contract documents and specifications, draw upon our extensive multi-state subcontractor base and provide a firm cost for your project. The lump sum cost of the project covers all labor, material, overhead and profit.
